Cytopathology and Histopathology

Dr Suseela Kodandapani presently working as HOD of Pathology at Basavatarakam Indo-American cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Hyderabad, Graduated MD Pathology as the Best outgoing student from Osmania University in 2001, started her career as a consultant at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.

During her tenure at BIACH&RI, She was awarded the Fellowship in Cytopathology from the Indian Academy of Cytology and a Post-graduate diploma in Clinical Research.

During her 20 years of service besides being Sr.Consultant Pathologist at Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital, She have taken imperative roles as blood bank in charge, teaching faculty for GNM, Nursing, Radiation and Lab Technology students and participated in cancer screening camps.

Dr Suseela K is the teaching faculty, thesis guide, and examiner for DNB Pathology and PDCC- Oncopathology courses.
& also she is the teaching faculty for basic sciences for DNB super specialities (Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology)

Since 2010, She has been assigned additional charge of HOD clinical trials to oversee the administration and playing the role of Member Secretary of Institutional Ethics committee overseeing the approval and conduct of clinical trials activities.

Furthermore, She is a NABH (National accreditation board of hospitals) Assessor for Ethics Committee accreditation and NABH certified Good Clinical Practice (GCP) trainer.

She has presented interesting papers/cases on innumerable occasions, which procured me note-worthy accolades in my career.
She has also been invited to several symposiums as a guest speaker and panellist.
She has been cited in national and international publications
