Dr. Srijan Shukla is a certified MS General Surgeon and a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Surgical Oncology. He completed his post-graduation in General Surgery from BJ Medical College and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, and his specialty training in Surgical Oncology from Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad. Dr. Shukla is part of a high-volume surgical team specializing in Minimal Access Surgery (MIS) including 3D laparoscopy, fluorescence surgery, and robotic surgery in breast, thoracic, oesophagogastric, colorectal, and gynecological cancers.

Dr. Shukla has extensive experience in the field of Surgical Oncology. He has been serving as a Consultant in the Department of Surgical Oncology at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute (BIACH & RI), Hyderabad since 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a Registrar in the Department of Surgical Oncology at BIACH & RI from 2017 to the present. His previous roles include Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at District Hospital, Bhuj (2016-2017), Resident in the Department of General Surgery at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad (2013-2016), and Internship at KEM Hospital, Mumbai (2012-2013).

Dr. Shukla is an active member of several professional organizations including the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) – Membership No. FL 34494, Indian Association of Surgical Oncology (IASO) – Membership No. S 0224, and Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI) – Membership No. 8880.

His dedication to the field of surgical oncology has been recognized with awards such as the Best Video Presentation Award at NATCON 2019 for his video on the technique of Laparoscopic Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection, and the Best Video Presentation Award at ICON 2019 Kolkata for the same technique.
